Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience, with at least 1 year in grocery and 6 months in a leadership role like Customer Service Representative.
  • A solid understanding of customer service operations, with the ability to make timely and effective decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates while managing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills, with the capacity to lead, educate, and train others.
  • A thorough understanding of all safety policies, with the ability to apply on-the-job safety training to recognize and address safety hazards.

  • Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
  • Reinforce Festival Foods values throughout the store, ensuring an exceptional guest experience by leading the team during afternoon and evening shifts.
  • Set clear performance expectations, guiding associates to deliver outstanding customer service daily.
  • Assist in the development and supervision of Guest Services associates, including facilitating Bagger training and fostering a productive, customer-focused environment.
  • Oversee department productivity and labor, aligning staffing levels to meet business needs and achieve target goals.
  • Maintain loss prevention (asset protection) policies and enforce safety programs to create a secure work environment.
  • Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
