About The Position

The Huntington Bank Field Guest Services Team is hiring enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassadors (GSAs) for part-time, seasonal event work. GSAs help create a best-in-class guest experience from guests’ arrival through their departure. They provide friendly, professional customer service, assist with questions and concerns, and help guests navigate the venue. Assignments may vary by event and operational needs, and may include usher, premium-space greeter, or elevator-operator posts. Positions start at $16 per hour, with pay varying throughout each event.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Consistently present a friendly, approachable, and professional manner, including a well-groomed appearance.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the venue.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from Huntington Bank Field.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, full-stadium events, concerts, major special events, and all Cleveland Browns home games.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter Huntington Bank Field.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the fan experience.
• Proactively assist guests with questions or concerns.
• Understand and enforce Huntington Bank Field policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate directions to venue locations, including seating areas and restrooms.
• Stay attentive to guest needs and maintain knowledge of policies, services, and facility locations.
• Report incidents to Team Leaders.
• Thank guests as they leave.
• Perform assigned posts and accept reassignment based on event needs.
