About The Position

The Guest Services Ambassador serves as the first point of contact at Stripe's facilities, creating exceptional first impressions while providing professional, personalized service to employees and visitors. This role represents both JLL and Stripe, embodying the company's culture and values through every interaction. You will ensure a welcoming, secure, and well-managed reception area while supporting workplace operations and enhancing the overall workplace experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Customer service orientation with ability to anticipate needs and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with visitor management systems
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in corporate reception or high-end hospitality environments
  • Knowledge of multiple languages relevant to the office location
  • Background in technology companies or similar corporate environments
  • Experience with event or meeting coordination and knowledge of facilities operations
  • First aid/CPR certification or security awareness training
  • Experience with service request management systems or background in concierge services.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet all visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and hospitable manner
  • Manage visitor registration process using appropriate technology systems and coordinate with security to ensure compliance with access control protocols
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls via the reception console while notifying employees of visitor arrivals
  • Manage inbound deliveries and coordinate distribution with the mail services team
  • Monitor reception and lobby areas to ensure cleanliness and professional appearance throughout the day
  • Support meeting room management including basic troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment and assist with catering coordination for meetings and events
  • Respond to general inquiries and requests from employees and visitors, providing directions and general information as needed.
