Perched atop the iconic One Vanderbilt skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, SUMMIT combines breathtaking 360-degree skyline views with large-scale art installations, mirrored environments, and thrilling architectural elements that engage all the senses. More than a traditional observation deck, it’s a multi-level cultural and experiential space that blends art, design, technology, and hospitality — offering visitors a transformative way to experience the city from above. As the faces for our one-of-a-kind immersive experience, Guest Services Ambassadors embody SUMMIT One Vanderbilt’s brand and service values by assisting guests from all over the world in enjoying our experience and helping create memories they will cherish for a lifetime. In this role, you will report to an Associate Guest Services Manager or Guest Services Manager. The position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to adapt within a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality roles in the entertainment, live events, theme park, and attractions sectors.
