About The Position
We are seeking a Guest Ambassador to join our team who has a flexible schedule. We will prioritize candidates who have open availability or are willing to cover morning shifts as needed. Sunday availability is required, and this role includes training as a Night Ambassador to support occasional overnight shifts. The successful candidate must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently and offer excellent customer service. Previous hotel experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Responsibilities
- Emitting a fun, professional, and welcoming energy while interacting with our guests.
- Taking reservations in a timely manner and in accordance with our brand standards.
- Answering many phone calls and email inquiries.
- Signing for most deliveries that arrive at the Front Desk.
- Responding and following up on guest complaints or concerns and rectifying them when they arise.
- Completing general filing and some administrative work.
