The Guest Services Ambassador must have a pleasant attitude at all times as this job requires you to be sociable with every patient, visitor and staff member that enters our facility. You should help embody SMRMC's mission, vision and values. Under the direct supervision of the director, this position may also require you to have the ability to problem solve issues with flexibility, compassion and self-awareness. You must also have the emotional intelligence and a strong working knowledge of all service needs across Guest Services areas. Basic computer skills and phone etiquette are required. You must be willing to perform other duties assigned by management or the director.
