About The Position

As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. You will manage reservations, assist guests with their needs, and contribute to the overall operations of the front desk. Team members play a vital role in creating experiences that strengthen guests’ connection to this landscape and its enduring story.

Requirements

• Technical skills for entries of reservations and quality performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient in computer systems and software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus
• experience with hotel management systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Handle guest check-outs, process payments, and provide accurate billing information.
• Manage reservations through the hotel management system, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Handle phone inquiries and assist guests with booking reservations, providing information about rates, availability, and lodge amenities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer local information, recommend activities, and assist guests with planning their stay.
• Maintain effective communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any guest issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to guests and support lodge operations.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Prepare daily reports and assist with cash handling, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Understand and follow all ESQ procedures that relate to your job duties.
• Work with a “safety-first” attitude.
• Minimize your impact on the environment when at work and living onsite.
• Treat our customers, co-workers, leadership teams, all internal guests with respect and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
• All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
