About The Position

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for friendly, efficient guest registration and settlement, and for providing accurate information to guests, co-workers, and visitors. Candidates must interact with guests courteously and efficiently, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and maintain high standards of guest service. The role may include Concierge or Bell Person duties as necessary. The position is based at Pointe Estero Beach Resort in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Although the title says “Evening,” evenings are not currently required.

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• High attention to detail and commitment to high standards of guest service.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for days, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel guest services experience is preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus but is not required.
