Guest Service | Check in (AM Availability)
About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a fun-loving, dedicated, and caring team member for an hourly guest service role focused on delivering excellent experiences for Players and fellow Playmakers. The role welcomes and assists Players during check-in and reservations, shares information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, and helps them select appropriate golf clubs and equipment. It also involves keeping guest service and retail areas clean, organized, safe, and inviting, following safety and sanitation standards, and embodying Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. The position is active and physically demanding, with extended time on your feet, frequent movement, and lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, including golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Topgolf describes the environment as fast-paced and high-volume. Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required. The job description lists a wage range of $14.50 to $16.50 per hour and notes that tips may be available for certain positions. Benefits are available to qualifying team members.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist Players with check-in and reservations, providing the information they need to begin their visit.
- Explain the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help Players make the most of their visit.
- Assist Players with golf clubs and equipment, helping them find appropriate gear.
- Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering Players guidance and recommendations.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.
