About The Position

We are looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, aiming to create a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring smooth service with a friendly attitude.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage daily front desk duties, including payments, room assignments, and resolving any guest issues.
