About The Position

The Guest Service Representative in the Slots department at Circa Resort & Casino is responsible for processing jackpot/hopper fills and performing minor slot machine repairs. This role involves maintaining surveillance of assigned areas to detect irregularities, verifying jackpots, and preparing necessary IRS and accounting forms. The representative also acts as a host to guests and players to encourage continued play and collaborates with department personnel and company executives to ensure optimal efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to handle customer disputes in a professional and tactful manner.
• Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification, specifically a Nevada Gaming license.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with Guests who play slot machines.
• Ensuring prompt and accurate pay out of jackpots.
• Encouraging Guests to enroll in the players club.
• Promoting special promotions offered by the casino.
• Alerting technicians if repair is needed.
• Assisting Guests to their favorite machine.
