About The Position

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, managing the warm welcome and fond farewell process. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and premium experience by maintaining 5-star standards in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Ability to smile, acknowledge, and extend a warm welcome to every customer.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the work area and personal organization.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 6 or 8 hours).
  • Ability to work outdoors and withstand extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to manually calculate rates offhand without the help of a calculator.
  • Ability to use hands and arms in repeated motions (handling change, punching clocks, etc.).
  • Ability to answer telephones and provide clear customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests entering or exiting the hotel or garage with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Collect valet parking fees utilizing the latest parking software and technology.
  • Welcome guests into the building, verifying names on the guest list and managing elevator and suite appointments via the reservation calendar.
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and provide clear directions or assistance to guests and residents.
  • Manage overnight package notifications for residents and coordinate with delivery service providers to ensure items reach the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain the main lobby’s appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
