Guest Service Representative - Seasonal
About The Position
The Guest Service Representative, also referred to as a Joy Creator, helps create a welcoming and joyful bakery experience. The role involves helping guests choose and order cakes for celebrations, coordinating orders to ensure they are completed smoothly, and contributing to a generous, happy environment in the community. Team members receive training in cake crafting and career development. The bakery offers flexible work schedules, closes early so employees can enjoy their evenings, and maintains a casual dress style of T-shirts and sneakers. The position is seasonal and pays $15.00–$15.50 per hour.
