About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our booking system.
  • Provide detailed information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of guest service.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist in promoting special events and packages to enhance guest experience.
