Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide a friendly, efficient check-in experience.
  • Handle check-outs and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
