About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Guest Services Agent for Hyatt Place Athens/Downtown, a 190-room hotel with 3,997 square feet of meeting space. The position creates a welcoming first impression and helps guests throughout their stay by assisting with reservations and check-in, sharing information about hotel amenities and the local area, and providing personalized service. The role involves working closely with other attendants in a fast-paced hospitality environment and helping maintain a clean, organized entrance area.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
