About The Position

Aqua Tots Swim Schools Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Guest Service Manager to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The role works alongside the General Manager and Aquatics Manager to support a positive work environment and provide customer service. The position is salaried, with pay starting at $40,000 per year based on experience. The schedule is 37–40 hours per week: four weekdays, with shifts that can range from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Requirements

Availability to work full time.
Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday.
Ability to manage and lead a team.
Ability to process orders and order supplies as needed.
At least 2 years of management experience.
Ability to accommodate 37–40 hours per week, including four weekdays and one weekend day.
Ability to multitask, stay extremely organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
