About The Position

The Warbler Hotel is hiring a Guest Service Associate to help welcome guests and run the Front Desk ahead of the hotel’s September 2026 opening. The 58-room boutique hotel is located on New Orleans’ historic St. Charles Avenue and includes Mildred’s Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. The position reports to the Guest Service Supervisor and pays $17.00 per hour. It is listed as part-time in the heading but as full-time in the compensation section; both descriptions are retained in the employment-type fields.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant customer service or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills and composure under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Manage reservations and guest accounts, and maintain property management system accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with follow-through.
• Build knowledge of the hotel, its restaurant and bars, and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Support Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to help keep the guest experience seamless.
