About The Position

The Guest Service Associate (Front Desk) at Tru by Hilton Norfolk Airport is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Experience with Hilton systems, including the Hilton PEP property management system, is highly advantageous.
