About The Position

Join our Team at TRU by Hilton Manchester! We are looking for a Housekeeping Room Inspector to assist the housekeeping department in ensuring that the TRU Manchester, NH standards are met. This role is vital in ensuring superior guest satisfaction at our properties. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and General Manager to maintain cleanliness standards and ensure guests have a comfortable stay. With a friendly demeanor and outstanding communication skills, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Housekeeping experience a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms daily to ensure the cleanliness standards
• Ensure brand standards are recognized and followed
• Report any potential safety and security hazards
• Clean rooms as needed
