Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication.
- Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel experience involving front desk responsibilities, guest services, or resort operations is preferred but I am willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system; PEP.
- Handle all guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, offering prompt and accurate assistance.
- Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Maintain detailed records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Respond swiftly to guest concerns or issues, applying customer service problem-solving skills to deliver memorable solutions.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and operational continuity at all times.
- Support night audit functions when working evening shifts, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management.
