Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
• Checking guests in and out of their rooms.
• Managing reservations.
• Processing payments for hotel services.
• Sharing insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel.
• Be our guest’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay with us to ensure the most memorable of experiences.
