About The Position

Floridays Resort Orlando is hiring a PM Guest Service Agent to create memorable guest experiences through friendly, professional service and teamwork. The role involves assisting guests and owners during check-in and check-out, handling requests and reservations, and coordinating with other resort departments. Candidates should be courteous, service-focused, and committed to quality and continued growth. Afternoon-shift availability is required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to meet service quality standards and respond to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Courteous and professional demeanor and presentation, including when handling upset guests and difficult situations.
• Prior cash-handling and data-entry experience.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift.
• Must be open to working afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor.
• Ensure interactions with owners and guests are positive and memorable while checking them in and out and responding to their requests.
• Obtain or confirm guest information, assign rooms, and activate and distribute keys.
• Collect payment for room charges and other fees.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Check and send emails.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
• Inform guests of hotel amenities and offerings.
• Use the reservation system to determine unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes.
• Communicate with housekeeping, room service, and security staff as necessary.
• Resolve guests’ complaints and problems calmly and effectively.
• Report unresolved problems with owners and guests to management.
• Maintain a friendly, personable disposition.
