About The Position

European Wax Center is the largest franchisor and operator of out-of-home waxing services in the United States. As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin—making a lasting impact every day.

Requirements

  • A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
  • A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for beauty and building genuine guest relationships
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. and reach items up to 6 feet high
  • Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time - 80% or more of total shift
  • Day and evening shifts available, weekend availability required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply

  • Managed opening/closing procedures and ensured smooth daily operations.

  • Followed company policies, dress code, scheduling, and safety standards.
  • Participated in training sessions, community events, and marketing initiatives.
