About The Position

The Guest Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all customers and team members within the casino. This role involves identifying and removing individuals who are excluded or ejected from the facility, monitoring access to restricted areas, and responding to incidents and accidents. The officer will also assist with money and chip transport, conduct safety inspections, and maintain relevant logs and reports. A working knowledge of the Casino Management System (CMS) is required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
Must complete all required company training.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of CMS system including but not limited to the following: Cage, Pit, Credit, Marketing, Players Club, Player Tracking menus and Self-Exclusion display.

Responsibilities

Identify and remove individuals required to be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility, or those who are self-excluded.
Complete annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training.
Notify supervisors, casino compliance representatives, and Pennsylvania State Police upon detecting excluded or ejected individuals.
Assist in transporting money, chips, and tokens.
Control access to restricted areas.
Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and team member incidents and accidents.
Monitor customer and team member passage for possible underage patrons and other banned individuals.
Utilize the CMS system, including Cage, Pit, Credit, Marketing, Players Club, Player Tracking menus, and Self-Exclusion display.
Complete safety inspections, logs, and forms, and write applicable reports.
Secure areas during incidents or emergencies.
Write reports as required.
Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
