About The Position
At Crescent Hotels & Resorts, we are seeking experienced and customer service-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping Team as a Guest Room Attendant. Our Housekeeping team plays a crucial role in making our hotels feel like home for travelers. As a Room Attendant, your contribution will ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Respect for the importance that impeccably clean guest rooms and supplies have in a hotel.
- Willingness to perform physical work.
- Pride in organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of different days and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
- Performing assigned tasks to the highest quality and brand standards to make our guests' experience a memorable one.
