Requirements

Responsibilities

Transform guest rooms into pristine retreats, paying attention to both the obvious and the overlooked.
Anticipate needs before guests even ask—fresh towels before they notice, the perfect pillow arrangement, a welcoming touch that makes someone’s day.
Be the eyes and ears of the hotel. Spot maintenance needs, report lost items, and ensure every space meets our gold-standard.
