About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Guest Room Attendant at its resort on the Boulevard in Las Vegas. The resort is located on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip and has 1,228 rooms, including multi-bedroom suites. The role supports resort operations by maintaining guest units, offices, and public areas to quality and productivity standards and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

Ability to speak basic English to greet guests and respond to their special requests.
Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, and push or pull a cart up to 200 pounds.
Ability to work an eight-hour shift walking or standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or hospitality background.
Six to twelve months of previous experience as a housekeeper.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned units, offices, and public areas in compliance with quality and productivity standards.
Report maintenance problems, damage, or missing items to housekeeping personnel.
Report suspicious activity to security.
Keep cleaning cart supplies and equipment neat and orderly.
Secure departmental assets and supplies in storage and keep them orderly.
Assist management with maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies.
Complete daily projects as assigned.
Promptly turn in lost and found items.
Properly use radios, devices, and the duress alert button, and follow key sign-in and sign-out logging practices.
Attend departmental meetings and perform other duties and special projects as required.
Carry out reasonable requests from management.
