About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Guest Room Attendant at Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard, a 1,228-room timeshare resort on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. The role is responsible for cleaning assigned guest units, offices, and public areas to quality and productivity standards, while supporting housekeeping operations and guest service. The position requires an eight-hour shift involving walking and standing, and availability that includes weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Ability to speak basic English to greet guests and respond to special requests.
Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to bend, stoop, and walk; lift up to 50 pounds; and push or pull a cart weighing up to 200 pounds.
Ability to work an eight-hour shift walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
Six to twelve months of previous experience as a housekeeper.

Responsibilities

Clean assigned units, offices, and public areas in compliance with quality and productivity standards.
Report maintenance problems, damage, or missing items to appropriate housekeeping personnel.
Report suspicious activity to security.
Keep cleaning cart supplies and equipment neat and orderly.
Keep departmental assets and supplies secure and orderly in storage.
Assist management with accurate inventory of linen and supplies.
Complete daily projects as assigned.
Promptly turn in lost and found items.
Properly use radios, devices, and the duress alert button, and follow key sign-in and sign-out logging practices.
Attend departmental meetings.
Perform other duties and special projects as required.
Carry out reasonable requests from management.
