About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the security of guest rooms and their contents. This role involves cleaning assigned guest rooms according to company and departmental standards, which includes changing bed linens, collecting and replenishing bath linens, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing room amenities. The attendant will also stock supply carts, update room status, complete departmental paperwork, report needed repairs, and handle guest requests efficiently.

Requirements

Ability to change bed linens.
Ability to collect used bath linens and replenish with fresh linens.
Ability to dust hard surfaces.
Ability to vacuum carpeted areas.
Ability to clean bathroom sink, counters, tub and/or shower, toilet, etc.
Ability to replenish room amenities such as tissues, soaps, etc.
Ability to stock supply cart with supplies necessary for cleaning guest rooms.
Ability to update room status and complete requisite departmental paperwork.
Ability to notify housekeeping office of any repairs needed in guest rooms.
Ability to handle guest requests quickly and efficiently.
