Specialists are responsible for resolving guest concerns, accurately conducting sales transactions, accounting for all monies and passes, and promoting add-on experiences. Maintaining a clean and functional work area, ensuring safety at attractions, and assisting with guest flow are also key duties. Attendance at training programs and a commitment to teamwork and safety policies are essential.
