About The Position
Rosegate Commons Assisted Living is now hiring a Part-Time Guest Relations Specialist! This role involves greeting and assisting visitors and residents, operating the telephone system, and fostering ongoing relationships with residents and families to ensure customer satisfaction. The position offers opportunities to make a difference in the lives of patients through care and compassion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors and residents to the community.
- Operate the telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
- Build ongoing relationships with residents and families.
- Foster communication and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
