About The Position
Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is hiring a Guest Relations Representative. This is a flexi position, and the incumbent will provide coverage as needed. The Guest Relations Representative serves as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. The role is responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service - 1 year experience
- Familiarity with Talroo - Allied Health, customer service, communication, reception.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members.
- Provide a welcoming and genuine environment.
- Address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
