About The Position

Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital is hiring a Guest Relations Representative. The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. Will also cross train on the switchboard. Flexi schedule - will be asked to work varying shifts on rotating days and hours (days, evenings, nights). Minimum 8 hours per week.

Requirements

High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
Customer Service Experience - 1 year (Required)
Talroo - Allied Health, customer service, guest services, concierge, front desk

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members.
Provide a welcoming and genuine environment.
Address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Cross-train on the switchboard.
