About The Position
Sentara Albemarle Medical Center Guest Services is hiring a Guest Relations Representative! The Guest Relations Rep is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- HS - High School Grad or Equivalent
