About The Position
The Guest Relations Host is responsible for checking patient trays for accuracy, updating and preparing nourishment and tube feeding labels, taking meals' orders for patients and tallying amounts to provide the information to production. This role also involves preparing tube feeding accurately and providing meals to patients with appropriate diets, making on-the-spot changes when necessary. This position may require flexibility of hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of modified diets required.
- Ability to operate alpha numeric pager.
- Ability to provide professional and clear communication to customers and able to follow through with customers to ensure their expectations are met.

- Prior food service experience is desired.
