About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring full-time and part-time Event Desk Clerks to join the team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As an Event Desk Clerk, you will oversee the operations of the guest recreation department and ensure visitors receive the highest quality of service during their stay. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect guest and employee safety
Ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and know when to involve a supervisor
Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures
No high school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Keep a watchful eye on activities for rule and safety compliance; manage disruptive situations with guests
Clean and inspect sporting equipment, facilities, or grounds
Guide guests on hikes and activities; lead Kid's Camps and Adventure Clubs; care for dogs in an indoor dog park
Follow all Delaware North Parks and Resorts policies and procedures
