We're looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using technology, including POS systems and retail software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Nice To Haves
- Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, develop, and train a high-performing team of retail associates.
- Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide associates with the tools and resources needed to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Proactively engage with guests and address questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently while maintaining a "no wait" experience.
- Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold Dash In brand standards, including guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
- Communicate ordering and inventory needs to the Guest Experience Manager.
- Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.
