About The Position

Nuovo Artistic Studios is seeking a passionate Guest Experience & Sales Professional to join their team. This role is more than just sales; it's about guiding guests on a transformative journey, making them feel seen, heard, and valued. The professional will be the heart of the studio, responsible for creating an unforgettable experience from the moment a guest arrives. They will lead high-end sales, build relationships, and contribute to the company's success while earning uncapped commission. The role involves managing the guest's journey through a unique portraiture experience, from the initial welcome and photoshoot to the same-day reveal and final product delivery.

Requirements

  • Natural communicator with a warm, confident, and engaging presence
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and make clients feel understood
  • Positive, energetic, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Actively listens, asks the right questions, and adapts their approach to each client
  • Skilled in sales techniques, including discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
  • Resilient and motivated by goals, challenges, and continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of payment methods and financing options
  • Driven by results but guided by empathy, integrity, and respect for the customer
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and accurately completing invoices
  • Highly adaptable and quick to learn new processes, technologies and tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings, in-person hours

  • Guide the Guest Journey: Serve as the primary guide for each guest's experience, managing their time in the studio and ensuring a seamless, high-end experience from the first interaction to the final photo selection.
  • Present Artistry and Value: Confidently showcase and sell Nuovo’s curated product offerings, helping guests select the perfect way to preserve their memories by connecting with their emotions and vision.
  • Exceed Expectations: Leverage emotional intelligence and sales expertise to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals, prioritizing guest feelings and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Excellence: Partner with the studio team to ensure every element of the guest experience, from photoshoot to product delivery, is executed flawlessly and reflects the Nuovo brand values.
