About The Position

At Merlin Entertainments’ newest immersive attraction, WONDRA, we’re looking for energetic, people-loving leaders to join our team as Guest Experience Leads. If you’re the kind of person who can hype up a crowd, keep cool in a fast-paced environment, and make people feel welcome from the second they walk in; this role was made for you! This role is part of the opening team for one of Merlin’s newest attractions.

Requirements

  • Positive energy + strong communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys working with people
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, interactive environment
  • Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership or guest service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Guest Experience team during daily operations
  • Help create unforgettable moments for guests
  • Keep the attraction running safely and smoothly
  • Coach and motivate team members
  • Jump in to solve problems and handle guest concerns
