Merlin Entertainments is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join their Guest Experience Team at SEA LIFE Charlotte. The role involves creating unforgettable, joy-filled moments for guests, spreading smiles and laughter, and ensuring every day feels like an adventure. Team members are expected to embody Merlin Values and contribute to creating amazing memories for visitors.

Requirements

  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
  • Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
  • Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
  • Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Nice To Haves

  • 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
