About The Position

This is a full-time position based out of the Maryland office and is not eligible for remote work. As a Guest Experience Director, you'll recruit, equip and pastor Campus Dream Team Coordinators and Team Leaders in reaching their full potential. You'll get to create, establish and maintain campus-specific and global strategies as the team grows to ensure culture and vision of Union Church is preserved all while keeping up with the church calendar and tempo.

Requirements

High-level communication and relational strengths
Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
Analytical thinking and solution-oriented
Great attention to detail and time-management skills
Bachelor’s degree in related field
3-5 years of work experience in field
3-5 years of experience leading teams of diverse skillsets

Nice To Haves

Management experience
Experience working or high-level volunteering for a church/non-profit
Proficient in Google Drive Suite

Responsibilities

Assist in the overall leadership of the campus
Invest and develop volunteer leaders and teams, who ensure all worship experiences are carried out with excellence
Oversee the following teams: host, greeters, parking, safety, prayer, stewardship, and events
