About The Position

As a Guest Experience Director, you'll recruit, equip and pastor Campus Dream Team Coordinators and Team Leaders in reaching their full potential. You'll get to create, establish and maintain campus-specific and global strategies as the team grows to ensure culture and vision of Union Church is preserved all while keeping up with the church calendar and tempo.

Requirements

  • High-level communication and relational strengths
  • Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
  • Analytical thinking and solution-oriented
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience in field
  • 3-5 years of experience leading teams of diverse skillsets

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience
  • Experience working or high-level volunteering for a church/non-profit
  • Proficient in Google Drive Suite

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall leadership of the campus.
  • Invest and develop volunteer leaders and teams, who ensure all worship experiences are carried out with excellence.
  • Oversee the following teams: host, greeters, parking, safety, prayer, stewardship, and events.
