About The Position

As the Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the first and last impression for day spa and med spa guests, creating a welcoming start and a lasting impression. The role focuses on building relationships with guests and helping turn first-time visitors into long-term members. You will coordinate the guest experience from consultation through checkout, ensuring interactions reflect Hiatus’s commitment to habitual wellness and exceptional care. You will guide guests toward treatment plans that align with their self-care goals.

Spa and front desk experience is highly preferred.
Sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver “The Hiatus Way,” including a best-in-class experience, customized results-driven services, expert treatment plans, and at-home care.
Enroll new members by explaining the benefits and value of the Hiatus Membership.
Maintain a beautiful, welcoming spa environment that aligns with Hiatus’s brand and standards.
Greet and check in guests and provide tours of the spa.
At the end of services, confirm guests’ next appointments, review the services they received, confirm their tickets, and determine whether they need additional home care.
Answer calls not handled by the call center concerning guest concerns.
