The Concierge notices and responds to individual guest details and preferences, maintains an upbeat atmosphere, and helps make Frenchies a place guests are excited to visit. No beauty industry experience is required; the company will teach the systems.

- Notice guest details such as names, preferences, or when someone is having a bad day, and respond thoughtfully.
- Keep the energy high and the atmosphere welcoming throughout the day.
