Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers, and other associates
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanor
  • Good physical condition
  • Ability to work outdoor during all months of the year (weather-appropriate uniform provided)
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs (13.5kg)

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year experience in customer service
  • Basic knowledge of Windows based software
  • Knowledge of the SpaBooker system
  • WHMIS Certification

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, assist, and advise guests on the thermal cycle, its benefits, and available services and experiences.
  • Contribute to exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure the upkeeping of the premises in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Support the elevation of the company culture through the lens of its pillars: The best in wellness, The feeling of somewhere else, A trouble-free experience, In a natural state.
  • Welcome and check-in guests.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding services and facilities.
  • Process various payment methods.
  • Maintain adequate par stock of supplies and accessories.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, lobby, entrance hall, pavilions, common areas, and locker rooms.
  • Assist guests, ensuring the guest experience is impeccable according to brand standards.
  • Participate in service recovery where necessary.
  • Identify and understand guest needs and strive to meet or exceed them.
  • Maintain guest experience throughout the sauna village, ensuring spa standards are met.
  • Perform weekly site artisan shifts, which involve being outside for the duration of the shift in any weather to enforce sauna etiquette and spa village rules.
  • Work alongside other departments to ensure a seamless overall guest experience.
  • Perform other related duties.

  • Annual compensation for the role is expected to be in the range of $40,000-$70,000
