The Guest Experience Associate sits at the interaction of hospitality, office operations, and brand stewardship. This role is responsible for creating a seamless, high-touch experience for all guests while supporting the daily rhythm of the office and overseeing the Daniels Fund’s premier community meeting space. From the first phone call to the final impression of a visit, this individual ensures every interaction reflects the integrity, warmth, and excellence that defined Bill Daniels. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, personalized welcome to all callers and visitors.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador of the Daniels Fund and Bill Daniels, sharing stories and impact to inspire guests.
  • Ensure all public spaces consistently reflect a high standard of excellence and reinforce the organization’s brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with frequent visitors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end experience for the Daniels Fund’s 2,500 sq. ft. community meeting space (5 rooms).
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and on-site execution for internal and external meetings.
  • Provide “white-glove” service as the on-site host, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including catering partners.
  • Monitor usage, track trends, and provide insights to improve utilization and experience.
  • Conduct tours and respond to inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Manage the organization’s general email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate mail, shipping, and package distribution.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory to support daily operations.
  • Support internal meetings and events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and assist with reporting and list generation.
  • Partner with the Facilities and Administrative Services Manager to support daily operations and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
