About The Position
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who are ready to start or grow a career in the automotive industry. This Guest Experience Ambassador is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to get hands on experience in a new car dealership environment and a pathway to long term growth. You will be one of the first people customers meet, help create a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience from the moment they arrive. This entry level position opens the door to several career paths within the dealership for the right individual.
Requirements

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and team first mindset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable working indoors and walking throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude as they arrive in the service drive.
- Assist customers with check-in and direct them to the appropriate service advisor or department.
- Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles, as needed.
- Help maintain an organized service lane, parking area, and vehicle flow.
- Support the service department with vehicle staging, errands, and general dealership tasks.
