About The Position

The Guest Delivery Logistics Specialist is responsible for delivering sold vehicles to guests' homes or offices using a rollback car hauler. This role also involves completing paperwork, performing vehicle walk-arounds with guests, picking up purchased or trade-in vehicles, and inspecting them. The specialist will communicate with the store, dispatch, and guests for scheduling, maintain logs for the rollback, and coordinate vehicle maintenance. This position is crucial for ensuring a positive customer experience during the vehicle delivery and acquisition process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Must have, and continue to maintain, a clean driving record.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a notary public in the state of Georgia within the first 60 days of employment.
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Training on the delivery process, paperwork, and operation of the Rollback will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sold vehicles to guests' homes or offices using a rollback car hauler.
• Completes paperwork and performs a walk-around of the sold vehicle with the guest.
• Picks up vehicles that are purchased or traded in from guests.
• Inspects and completes paperwork for trade-in/purchase vehicles.
• Communicates with the store, dispatch, and guest for appointment scheduling.
• Maintains vehicle mileage, usage, and maintenance log for the rollback.
• Coordinates vehicle maintenance and inspections with the Asbury shop.
• Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization.
