Requirements

2+ years of logistics, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience
Experience using inventory scanners or inventory management systems
Knowledge of inventory accuracy procedures, cycle counts, and material tracking
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift, move, and organize materials in a warehouse or data center setting
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a structured environment

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting data center, distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
Familiarity with inventory audits, reconciliation, and inventory reporting
Experience coordinating shipments and material movement across multiple locations
Demonstrates a strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in logistics and supply chain operations

Takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory records and organized storage areas

Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming deliveries both physically and within inventory management systems
Verify, secure, and properly store equipment, devices, and consumable materials
Maintain organized storage areas and ensure accurate inventory tracking
Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and weekly inventory scans
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Build and organize project-specific pallets and material staging areas
Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipments between facilities and warehouses
Support urgent operational requests related to materials and inventory
Process return-to-stock transactions and manage unused project materials
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient material movement and inventory accuracy
